Description

Based on Viura variety and Chardonnay that come from two unique vineyards in Rioja, a vineyard facing the sun of Viura of + 60 years, considered the best viura in Rioja. Chardonnay + 15 years old, the oldest chardonnay in DOCa Rioja.The harvest is done at dawn so we can keep the full freshness of the grape. The grapes are hand-picked in boxes of 12kg. Fermented in French and American oak barrels for 6 months with lees.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Lemon yellow, clean and bright.

Aroma: Very expressive aroma with citrus (lemon, grapefruit), spices and vanilla scent.

Taste: Fresh, well balanced wine with a compensated acidity and a long aftertaste reminiscent of citrus.
